My career path has always revolved around teaching. Combining my love of the mountains, I spent my formative years teaching, climbing and skiing around the world before settling into an academic role in an International school in Switzerland.
It was during my time of teaching that I began the fascinating journey into the world of coffee. In 2014, I completed the SCA Coffee Diploma and became an authorized SCA Trainer, allowing me to train and assess the barista, brewing, green and sensory modules. I am also a licensed Q grader and R Grader, and hold the Q Processing Level 1 certificate.
I have a passion for brewing great coffee in extraordinary environments, and try to combine my passions for skiing, climbing and biking with my passion for great coffee.
